Bloomex ... Save your money! - flower ordered for mom's birthday

Save Your Money !!!! The most horrible ,unbelievable experience I have ever had. My Mom turned 88 years old; I could not be there,our family is going thru a lot at this time so I decided to send her flowers as a SURPRISE ! It's in a small town outside Gatineau in Papineauville, QC.They assured me delivery on the Monday August 14th. It was not delivered. Tuesday morning I call and their recording our agents do not have access to your order and the line hangs up. Strange, I thought as the day before I spoke to a live agent on that same line So their messages seem to be generated by the mass and it will be a few minutes. I receive a message is it the correct address we cannot find it. And I thought don't you have a GPS. They now call my mother to let her know they are trying to deliver the flowers. There went the surprise!!! She confirmed the address still no flowers. I'm back sending emails, Wednesday still no flowers .I demanded a refund and I was politely ignored. Thursday the flower arrived. My mom said the guy dropped the flowers and ran.Poor guy. The flowers were wilted and in poor condition. Again I demanded a refund , I was declined. They offered me 15%off on my next purchase.. Seriously do they really think I will do business with Bloomex again. Had they tried to make it right and apologized and at least make sure the flowers were fresh.. It was a messed up order, poor customer service to say the least, hence why the only way you can contact them is through email.. Very very disappointed..Felt bad for my mom! My experience with Bloomex, a very bad company that's not not trust worthy
