Bloomex - Bloomex florists and gifts

I did not receive a confirmation of my order so cancelled my order within 20 mins. They did not send a confirmation of my cancellation so I attempted to reach them on their live chat system which they repeatedly closed down when they knew I wanted to cancel my order. They finally after 5 attempts offered to refund my money but with a $25 cancellation fee. They are the worst company I have dealt with in a very, very long time.
