Bloomex Flowers definitely not Blooming when they arrive


I was very disappointed with my first and only experience with Bloomex . I wish I would have purchased through a local florist closer to home versus using this service. For starters the website and email confirmations are very misguiding. When I set out my booking my understanding was that the delivery would arrive between noon and 5pm and per the email confirmation and online web form. If I would have known I had to read the fine print and deliveries could arrive up until 7pm I would not have done business with them or I would have paid the extra amount to ship prior to noon. From a quality perspective the flowers weren't even blooming when it arrived so the product looked cheap and bare. I'm glad that this was a "just because" purchase versus an anniversary or birthday gift as I know now not to use this service again.
