Bloomex Complaint

Bloomex again? No way!
They forgot to deliver part of my first order, and although they charged me 14.99 they delivered the chocolates 2 days later, no apology, I tried to call them no answer, live chat doesn't work and they didn't answer any of my email messages. They lost a customer and the way they are running their business they will loose many more.
