Bloomex delivers late and wrong
Delivered 5 days late for Mother's Day and still charged extra! Second bouquet only had 1 correct flower in it of 5 that were in their description. Colours were all wrong as well. Customer service representative said they ran out of flowers for Mother's Day but they didn't tell anyone.
