Bloomex fast dying flowers - mixed bouquet and "truffles"

THe Christmas bouquet sent by my son arrived in a lovely box, but unfortunately that was the best of it all. The roses drooped after two days ( I revived them using a newspaper collar, but they died the next day), the daisy-like mums died in three days and even the green mums tiny enough died after four days. I have been unalbe to get through on the 1_888 number and the Toronto number from the home page is out of service????? Clearly I am hopping mad.
Of course I won't tell my son, but for sure I won't be ever using this company.
