bloomex takes your money and then does not seem to care

I placed an order for.mothers day and paid extra to get it delivered before mothers day. Long and short 5 days later it got delivered and almost every message and email I sent went in answered. The only time I got anything was when I pushed 1 to place an order . I have worked in sales for 10 years and I would never treat a customer the way I was treated . I spent over 100$ for a nice gift for my mother in law and they really ruined it as it was nothing but a head ache. If you are thinking of using them all I can say is you have been warned .
