    I placed an order earlier today for seven orchids stems. As part of the mother's day special, they were 50% off so the price was $35. I had a coupon for $20 through landmark cinemas, so that covered the delivery fee meaning they were $35 in total. That's a wonderful price for orchids. For 10 tulips, it's terrible. And yet 10 tulips were what was delivered to my mother. The website states that there may be substitutions, but that the flowers substituted will be of equal or greater value.     I ordered flowers online with Bloomex on May 12 for delivery May 13, which I was charged for said delivery $14.99. The flowers never arrived. No note was left on the door to say that anyone had been there with a delivery, and come May 14, actual MOther's Day, the flowers still were not delivered.     I ordered some flowers for Mother’s day 3 days in advance; Bloomex charged my account on the date of the order. As of 9:45 PM on Mother’s day, the flowers were not delivered.     I live overseas and sending flowers to my mom for her birthday is pretty important to me and her. My flowers were not only delivered 2 days late but when they arrived they were the wrong order, cheap carnations. I can understand making a mistake.
