BloomEx, A huge disappointment!

I am so disappointed with the customer service I recently received. I purchased the gerber brights (supersize) on Sunday for my mom who had just been released from the hospital, I paid to have the flowers delivered to her for Monday. By 5:00pm I had not heard anything about a flower delivery. I then proceeded to contact BloomEx via phone but was made aware that you can only communicate via live chat. When I did get in touch with someone I was notified that unfortunately they do not deliver to Medicine Hat, Alberta and that the flowers will be delivered the next day via FedEx. This frustrated me as I paid for them to arrive on a certain day. I was then issued a 15% discount towards my next purchase. The flowers were delivered to my mom today and she took a picture and thanked me. When I saw this picture my heart sank as they were not the flowers that I had ordered. Her favourite flower is gerber daisies so I ordered the supersize, she received roses..... Not only was I not made aware that there was apperantly no daisies in stock but I didn't even have an option to pick another arrangement for her as BloomEx clearly made the decision for me. So once again Ingot back on live chat and expressed my frustration. After a picture of the flowers was requested by BloomEx I receive an email stating
Change Order Status. As per our policies listed on our website , in the unlikely chance we are sold out of a particular flower type or color we are able to substitute with another flower or plant that is available .We apologize for the inconvenience,however we sincerely hope your recipient enjoyed the gift .Please accept a coupon for 15% off your next purchase. Thank you, Management
At what point was me sending a picture of the wrong flowers that were delivered going to change what the "policy's" state. I don't want a refund or now my 30% discount to use at my next purchase as there will never be a next purchase. All I wanted was my mom to get her favourite flowers when returning home from the hospital.
I am very unhappy with this company!!
