Bloomex Delivery Service Unsatisfactory - Seafood Sensations Basket

I ordered the Seafood Sensations basket for my mother for her birthday thinking it would be a lovely variety of seafood, cheese and crackers, which she greatly enjoys. I asked for the package to arrive before 2 pm that day knowing she would not be home for the rest of the day and I wanted to to be a surprise for her, and this package did not come till much later that day, so my mother was thinking I had nothing for her (what a great surprise that was). When I finally had a chance to ask her how she liked her basket the next day I had come to realize this was not the basket I ordered at all, it was chocolate as the main portion and a teddy bear, this basket she received costed about half the price of the one that I had payed for, and not only that my mother does not like sweets. I called bloomex to tell them the situation and I had a man that was not helpful and did not show the least bit of empathy, and said that I had to take a picture of the basket to show that I was not lying and trying to scam for a new basket. Both my parents are elderly and do not have the technology to take a picture to send and I told him this and asked to speak to a manager of which there was none to talk to. I had to call another representative to rectify the situation. Weeks later, still no word on getting this new package, I called again to which I found out there is no longer an option to speak to a representative on the phone, so I had to try to deal with this through an online chat which constantly glitched out. Finally after a very frustrating month later, my mother was sent a new seafood sensations basket that still did the have all the right items. Needless to say I will not be using Bloomex's services anymore.
