Ordered flowers on their website for a friend in hospital. Apparently they insist on delivering in a vase which they charged extra for on my credit card, without my permission, and then the flowers never arrived. I asked for a refund and couldn't even get hold of anyone. I filed a complaint with the BBB of Ontario and even they couldn't get Bloomex to respond. Absolute terrible customer service and a complete ripoff.
