I see bloomex received more unhappy reviews, i should have checked this before i placed my order. I placed an order and they replied me after two week period time saying that they could not deliver it, and when i called back they replied that i was too late. They do not respond to any calls we make. They only try to blame us and not take the complaint. And also the worst customer service they just hung up on me when i inquired about my order. The worst experience i would not recommend bloomex to any one

There was not any abuse from my side, and i always watch my language. The staff did not wanted to help me and continue responding so she just hung up on me. It was my money which has gone in vain, i am a student and every penny values to me. I was supposed to refer this store to my friends and family but after what happened to my money i don't think i can do that. Thank you for your response and i appreciate it but i dont think i can ever trust bloomex, i can provide you with my order id if you could refund or help place another order for the same money.

There was not any abuse from my side, it was some general questions the staff failed to respond. It was my money that has gone in vain. I was supposed to refer your store to my friends but after what happened with my money, i can no more refer or trust contacting my beloved ones through bloomex. Thank you for your response and i appreciate it but i do not think i can call the store again to place another order. I can also provide you with the order number if there is something you can do to refund or place another order for the same money that i spent on bloomex.

And our customer service team absolutely does not hang up on our valued customers unless they are receiving some unreasonable verbal abuse. Without your order number, I can't say if this was the case, but in any event, apologies that you weren't pleased -- and all the best in the new year.
