I ordered a Christmas fliving floral arrangement to be delivered to my mother in Saskatoon, Sask. - Christmas centerpiece


I had a very difficult time with the first person who started to take my order. Everything had to be repeated and spelled out and it was still wrong. He had no idea where Saskatoon, sask. was. I finally completed the order and paid for two day delivery. The arrangement arrived in Saskatchewan. Plants were broken, torn, out of the dirt and frozen. I contacted Bloomex as soon as I heard this and was told that I could not get a refund as the flowers had already been delivered. I could get a flower credit or the gourmet gift basket. Wrote and said I'd accept the basket and asked that it be sent to my home address in BC as i had already ordered replacement flowers from another florist. Today i get an email confirming the basket is being delivered by Fedex to SASKATOON. I called Bloomex and was told they had to look into it and didn't know how long it would take or whether it could be rerouted. I was furious and said it could NOT be sent to Saskatoon. My mother is 94yrs old and was terribly upset by the first flowers that came, didn't understand what had happened and was becoming more confused. I could not have that happening again and told the Bloomex employee. Again, she said she'd have to look into it and wouldn't confirm when this could be done.
What a horrible incident to what was supposed to be a special gift. I asked for the name of the owner and was refused and then asked for someone higher up. She wouldn't confirm that the message would be sent on. So, at this point, I don't know if anything will be done and am out a considerable amount of money
