No flowers delivered on Mother's Day - Mother's Day delivery

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day. They were delivered the next day. I DID NOT order "Day after Mother's Flowers" and did not pay to have them delivered on the day after. I have not been able to get into touch with anyone. This totally ruined the surprise and actually caused a lot more frustration on a day that was supposed to be relaxing.,
