STAY AWAY

Do yourself a favor and do not use Bloomex ....they are a rip-off. They totally missed the delivery date even though they charged me $14.99 for delivery, and they had two days notice. Then the person I was sending the basket to was told to come pick it up. She told them to just return it, and now Bloomex will not refund my money. I will be taking this up with the Better Business Bureau with a formal complaint.
