THE WORSE EVER!!!!! - Flowers

THE WORSE EFFING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I HAD ORDERED SOMETHING THEN ADD ON ANOTHER ORDER AND THEY TOTALLY SCREW IT UP AND THE ORDER NEVER DID CAME AS ORDERED, EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID IT WOULD WHEN I HAD ADD ON THE ORDER. I HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO TRY AND GET AN ANSWER. THEN THEY TOLD ME THE NEXT DAY IT WOULD BE DELIVERED BEFORE 12, THEN 12 O'CLOCK COMES AND NOTHING AND I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME IT COULD COME ANYWHERE FROM 12-5. EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID IT WOULD COME BEFORE NOON. THE WORSE FLOWER COMPANY EVER, DON'T BOTHER WITH THEM. THE CRAPPIEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
