My gratefulness to Bloomex - roses, cake,somewhat flowers...who remembers:3
I have a long story with ordering online,it caused me lots of troubles in the past. When I have found Bloomex . I thought- well,if it's gonna be one more dissapointing experience... Long story short,I am still surprized with their awesome service.My wife's birthday, our anniversary,my daughter's graduation were celebrated with flowers and desserts from Bloomex. Hopefully, things will not change and I will be further as happy with their service as I am now. That's my word.

0 I sent flowers to Kingston for Valentines Day and we are the 15th today and she still hasent received them. I've been trying since yesterday to find out why she hasent received them yet. No answer yet. This is the worst Customer Service I've had to deal with and will NEVER order from Bloomex again!
