Hi Christina,

Thank you for your post. We apologize if you did not receive your centrepiece and if the gift basket was not to your liking. I have looked up your order in the system and unfortunately there is no record of calls or emails. Usually all calls and customer emails are logged into the system so there is a clear record of communication. We apologize if you were having difficulty reaching customer service and would be happy to look after you. I have forwarded your comments to customer service and someone will be in touch today to follow up. Please be assured that now that we are aware of the problem you will be looked after. Our customer satisfaction rate is very high and we stand behind all products and services. Thanks again for making us aware.
