First and last time I will use this company - Fond Rememberance

Ten days ago I went on line to find a florist in Red Deer, AB. Bloomex came up as a forist IN Red Deer. Odered flowers for a funeral in Bentley. AB -35 minute drive from Red Deer. Got a response that the flowers would be deliver the next day. The next day received an email that they could not locate the address please resend proper address. I responded with the same address as it was correct along with the same phone number I had give for the recipent so they could call if they still could not locate the address. Flowers still had not arrived by day seven. I called got a voice message that all operators were busy and to leave a message. I left a message. Late that afternoon I got an email that the flowers had ben sent from Edmonton - 2 hours away - by Purolater. Now two days later the flowers still have not arrived. What are these flowers going to look like when they do arrive if they ever do? I called again this morning still no operators available. VERY POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS. And Yes, they made sure to atek my money on the same day I called.
