Horrible service

I sent two sets of plants to the same seniors complex. ( 3 story secured building) one delivery was for the 2 floor one for the 3. Had to pay 2 full delivery charges for the same day delivery. Then find out 15 days AFTER Mothers day that they one set was not delivered and they would give me a partial credit. or charge me another delivery fee to try again. This was a secure seniors living space where, you had to be buzzed to be let in and could have been left with the office. I asked for a refund and was ignored.. so much for the.... wecare@ bloomex .ca ..
