bloomex charged me $200 and never delivered my basket. - gift baskets

I bought and paid for a basket and it was never delivered. I've been calling for over a week and no one will get back to me. Every time I talk to someone they say "there's nothing I can do". I've been calling, and calling, customer service and leaving messages and no answer. DO NOT use this company. Today I have also been trying to call head office. They called me back a few days ago and and said they would deliver a new one and once again no delivery.
