dead flowers delivery - search special 12 long stem mixed fresh cut flowers with truffles and card

I placed the order was supposed to be a surprise gift , driver attempted delivery with dead flowers where receiver refused the delivery looking at dead flowers , driver said he will come back next day ... with fresh flowers . terrible experience was supposed to be a gift .when contacted call centre to ask for the delivery same day advised a supervisor will call next day .
