THIS IS THE WORST FLORIST EVER - I ORDERED A SYMPATHY FLOWERS YESTERDAY AROUND 1PM TO TO DELIVER FOR TODAY'S FUNERAL SERVICE AT 11AM BUT THEY COULDN'T EVEN DELIVER TODAY. THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY YESTERDAY BUT WHEN IT COMES TO DELIVERY THEY SUCK!!! I CALLED THE FLORIST AROUND 4PM WHAT HAPPENED & SHE JUST NONCHALLANTLY SAID THEY COULDN'T DELIVER!! WHAT THE HECK!!
THE GIRL ASKED ME IF I WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER - WELL OF COURSE, THE FUNERAL SERVICE WAS THIS MORNING!!! AND I CANNOT EVEN GET MY REFUND MONEY RIGHT AWAY - I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 3 DAYS... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST AT ALL!!!
I FELT EMBARASSED ASKING OUR FRIENDS IF THEY LIKED THE FLOWERS I SENT - THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY FLOWERS!!! THIS FLORIST DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL ME & TELL ME - I HAD TO FIND OUT THE EMBARASSING WAY!!
I AM SO MAD HENCE THE UPPER CASES TYPING!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST UNLESS YOU WANTED TO BE EMBARASSED!!!
