I would like to share my experience with Bloomex which turned to be positive because of professional customer care. I was called on Nov 8 and was told that my flower order arrived at the funeral home too late and therefore was not delivered. The representative that called me was very apologetic and offered many suggestions on how to fix the problem. We agreed on an updated gift basket to be sent to the home of the grieving family. We thank Bloomex Ottawa office for all of your efforts, and to let you know how much I appreciated how the situation was rectified. We succeed in making an older lady who had just lost her husband very happy at a time filled with sadness. I will definitely use this service again.
