Bloomex - Extremely poor customer service - Bouquet of flowers
I ordered some flowers for a funeral of a friend of over 40 years and Bloomex did not send the flowers in time. The funeral was over and guests were leaving when someone told me that the flowers had arrived. It was too late as the family members had left.
I conveyed my intense dissatisfaction and Bloomex informed me that they would send another bouquet to a family member, and I thought that was good customer service. I let them know a week in advance (by email) to send a bouquet to a family member whose birthday was yesterday. A day before the birthday I even sent a reminder to Bloomex so they would not forget. However, I deeply regret to state that the flowers were never sent and when I contacted the customer service rep, she told me that she would have someone call me, but no one called. I got another email from them stating they would send the flowers to the person whose birthday was YESTERDAY. I want them to honour their contact to me as they have my money, so I have asked that they send it to the same lady as a belated birthday present on Friday. I have no confidence in these people and I feel that they are not a company of repute.
