Bloomex Complaint
Bloomex customer complaint - flowers ordered for mothers day and not delivered but charged for
On may 17th I emailed Bloomex requesting a refund as no flowers had been delivered, bloomex did not respond to my email.
On may 21st there was an attempt to deliver 12 day old ROTTEN flowers to my Mother.
On may 25th I received an email from bloomex informing me that they were sending out new flowers more than 2 weeks after mothers day.
I requested a refund and recieved an email from bloomex telling me they don't do refunds.
