TERRIBLE!

Don't order from Bloomex !!! They take your money and don't fulfill the order. They were supposed to deliver flowers for my grandmother for her 87th Birthday and they did not. Today is day 3 since the scheduled delivery. I have been texting them on the Live Chat and calling to speak to someone about getting a refund and I am getting no response.
