a copy of the email I have sent (again)
This is not my first email or call this weekend. I have tried your options for 'immediate assistance ' with your live chat and am cut off each time.
I ordered 4 bouquets to be delivered on Friday. I selected this date as I knew they would be home. Only one was delivered. The second on Saturday and one today. The one today was left outside the door with no notice.
My aunt has not received hers yet. I do fear that living in an apartment it may have been left somewhere. Seeing that I getting no replies I can only imagine the worst .
The two order numbers I have available are 01707903 and 01707929. One was delivered today. Your system will not allow me to log in.
I did not pay for these to delivered anytime other than Friday for a good reason. The fault lies in your company's actions. The unforgivable part is not the missed delivery but the lack of communication with the customer.
I request an explanation immediately. I will not rest until I have exhausted all my blogging, messaging as well as all other social media outlets to broadcast my displeasure. I will also use all consumer report avenues and media, especially ones that have already done stories on your company.
