2 bad incidents with them. First one which i never wrote a review about, was I ordered a bouquet, and a teddy, for my friend who just had a baby, she got chocolates in stead of the teddy. I never bothered complaining. an the other: I order to bouquets on Thursday night, and paid the extra money to have the flowers delivered on Friday. It says on the website that if you order before 1pm they can do same day deliver, so I thought the night before was plenty of time. No sign of the flowers arriving on Friday, so I went to the "chat" on the website. Keith dealt with my query and was less than helpful. He said he would check on the status, and then just left the conversation, despite me having just asked a question. So i clicked on chat again, Keith again entered the conversation, I didnt even get a chance to write a message and he left the conversation AGAIN. I left it for a couple of hours then, before checking back as Keith had said I would get an email shortly regarding the status of the order. No sign. So, a third time I clicked in, in was Keith again....he said "how can I help you" I explained that I had messaged earlier, I was anxious at this point because I did not want the flowers delivered over the weekend as they were being sent to an office and I stated this in the message. He just said his manager would look into it. I heard nothing, so I messaged one final time the next day, on Saturday, a girl named Anna entered the chat. In fairness, she was much more helpful than Keith, she apologized and explained that she had still heard nothing, but at least was apologetic about it. It's now Sunday and I have not received any correspondence from them. They were delivered on Saturday, thankfully there was someone at the building to accept the 2 bouquets despite the people they were for, werent even there, so they had to drive into work to collect them. What is the point in paying extra money and requesting them to not be delivered on a certain day if they arent going to honor any of the requests made by the customer. Needless to say, i'm unimpressed with the service, and mostly the lack of contact really. The apology from Anna in itself made things a little better, thats usually all it takes. I saw a photo of the bouquets too, they were entirely different to the photos on the website. it does say on the website that they will be different but the same flowers on the site werent even included! I won't be using them again.
