Ordered FLowers at 8:30 (aprox) in the morning for a morning delivery, the extra delivery fee was extensive - nearly a third 1/3 of the entire purchase. (Ottawa store was only a few blocks away). The Flowers did not arrive until 1:30 in the afternoon. The blue vase... More...
