Bloomex - Worst company, even worse service - Bloomex flowers

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Friday. As they weren't I started contacting customer service who were "too busy" to deal with their call volume. Numerous attempts to contact a manager went unanswered. Online chat personnel offered to do nothing to resolve the situation and disconnected the chat. Flowers eventually delivered 4 days after promised. When delivered they were dumped on door step - no phone call or ringing of the bell. No one at the company will take responsibility for the lack of customer service. The standard business line is that they are too busy with mothers day. Here's an idea, hire more, or at least competent staff.
