Bloomex wrong flowers no cutomer service - Pink Passion au200.50 bouquet order number BMX1175322

I ordered some flowers for my m/inlaws birthday which is the 11th May which actually fell on Mothers Day this year so I decided to get them delivered on the Friday as it was more expensive for a weekend delivery and and my m/in law is quite relaxed so it did not have to be exactly on the date. The flowers arrived fine and on time but not what I ordered, I ordered the bouquet called pink passion (pink being the reason it is m/inlaws favourite). What arrived were all red gerberas, cannations and tulips and some ugly green fronds and some red berries that looked like a christmas display it was supposed to be it roses, carnations and alstoemerias all pink. I got my m/law to take a photo and she could not hide the dissappointment in her voice when she received them so it upset me too. I sent them off to Bloomex to compare, which on their aftercare email they suggested people do if they have any complaints about bouquets. I sent the email the day after the arrival on Sat 11th now I know they were busy for Mothers Day on the Sunday but it is now Tuesday 13 May and I have had no response, not very good customer service. I know now I should have investigated them a bit more, and if had known they were not based in Australia then I would not have used them. I do not hold much hope of a refund or actually receving what I ordered.
