DON'T USE BLOOMEX!!! - plant basket


My husband and I ordered Mothers Day flowers for my Mother in Law on May 10th through the Bloomex website, we didn't need same day service but they said they would prefer that day as Mothers Day is so busy. That ws fine with us. As of today (the 14th) they have not been delivered. Same story as the other complaints, can't get through on their phone line, live chats disconnected after the standard answer of "Mothers Day is our busiest day you know", then "I can do nothing more for you". What is that! Really, then don't tell us you can do something you can't. Good businesses don't do that! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and anyone else that will listen, including the over 2,000 people I deal with through my work, everyone I talk to on Facebook....and I will be sure to tell them to pass it on so that no one else has to go through this. I recommend every person with a complaint do this! Word of mouth works. No flowers, and no refunds! It's called theft! Not impressed at all!
