Flowers - ordered flowers and didn't deliver anything CLOSE to what I ordered - CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED!!!!!!!

I ordered a "Floral Cake" for my daughter-in-law's birthday. I was charged almost $75.00, which was fine because the picture of the product was so unique...what my daughter-in-law received was a DOZEN CHEAP CARNATIONS!!! Not even nicely arranged!!!! I called, emailed and texted with BLoomex to no avail. They BLOCKED me from contacting them on "LIVE CHAT". Finally they sent a REPLACEMENT order 10 days later - IT WAS HORRIBLE AND LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE!! I was EMBARRASSED AND MORTIFIED AT THE LACK OF CONCERN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY THIS COMPANY. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!! If I could add more angry faces below I WOULD!!! :-( :-( :-(
