Bloomex is the worst company I have dealt with online!!! Don't order flowers with them!!! - Flower delivery

These guys are thieves. Poor customer service. I ordered flowers for my Mom to be delivered on Mother's day. The flowers were not delivered, and I followed up at least 10 times after that - with all the agents saying that they did not know where the flowers were. 2 weeks later I get an email saying they delivered the flowers and left them at the door because no one was home. My entire family was in Toronto for Mother's day - these flowers were never delivered!!! How can a company stoop so low? I have had enough with these corporations that scam their customers - I am taking this to Customer protection service!
