HORRIBLE. Stay Away!
My experience: ordered flowers and what was delivered looked NOTHING like the picture - the flowers were small, and dull and looked pathetic compared to the photo. Bloomex replied by saying they thought they had made comparable substitutions, which is a load of crap.
My friend's experience: Ordered mother's day flowers to be delivered between 12-5 pm Sunday but they never came. On Monday, received an email saying flowers would be delivered Monday instead because mother's day was so busy, but the flowers never came Monday either. On Tuesday received an email saying "flowers were left at door Sunday at 8:10 pm" which was not true at all.
Basically a huge scam - any positive reviews on here must be their own employees writing fake posts.
