I was stolen from
I wanted to get my mom flowers for mother's day since this was the first yea we wouldn't be able to spend it together. I decided to send them to her on the friday while she was at work so she could show them off to all her friends. Well they didn't arrive Friday. When I called the number i had received in my email (the warehouse) on Monday I was told they couldn't do anything and i had to contact Bloomex directly. After a couple failed attempts at getting through, I decided to email. I was told that the flowers were delivered at 7 pm on a Friday night to a business address after i had requested regular delivery between 9 and 5. When I pointed out how ridiculous that was and that i wanted my money back i was offered either store credit or for them to redeliver the flowers. Since i would NEVER shop with Bloomex again I agreed to have the flowers redelivered. That was last Wednesday and I've heard nothing about the flowers being delivered. SO basically I'm out the 40 dollars and I had to apologize to my mother who got nothing for mothers day because i live on a very tight budget and couldn't afford to get her something else. Thanks Bloomex for stealing my money.
