flowers not sent the right place - 12 Christmas Roses

I ordered flowers to be sent to my partner and his family for Christmas as i was out of town for the holidays. They were suppose to be delivered on the 24th, they sent them a day early to the wrong address. The flowers wont be there in time, and im just not impressed with this service. I called the back office to bloomex and no one has an answer becasue they were to busy. The only email i get back from the company, is that if im not happy with the quality of the flowers and to send in a report on them. Well if i had the flowers that would be great to say if they are in good quality or not. Its clear this is just being passed off as a too bad to sad situation for me from the company.
