What are all the bad reviews about?
I have been ordering flowers from Blomex for 6 years now. I was skeptical at first but I had forgotten a birthday and needed something quick. Being in another country made the situation trickier. I called, got through almost immediately to a live agent, and received the best customer service. The flowers were delivered on time, the bouquet was healthy, full and vibrant, and a mini balloon was "accidentally" included at no charge. I have sent A LOT of bouquets to various cities in various countries over the years and all from Bloomex . Every single receipiant sent a picture back with a thank you because they couldn't believe how beautiful the flowers were.So I don't understand all the bad reviews. I can always depend on Bloomex to send the exact amount of love I want delivered.%uD83D%uDC90
