My mother sent me flowers from bloomex for my birthday they told her they would deliver them on my birthday they turned up the day after my birthday and they were half dead so I rang bloomex and they would talk yo the manager and get them to ring me that was on the 8 of July I still have not heard from the manager but I have rang them 4 times the last time I spoke to them was last Friday they said they were sending me a upgrade of flowers I should get them before 5pm or first thing Saturday morning but yet again they didn't turn up so I rang again on Saturday afternoon I told them to refund my mother her money on Monday morning my mother got a call from bloomex and they told her my flowers will be delivered that morning but yet again they didn't come so she rang and let them have it and that she wanted a refund and they told her that she wasn't getting a refund I finally got the flowers today exactly a week today to when they were suppose to come we want be using bloomex again
