I received an email from Bloomex before Christmas with an assortment of floral gift choices, each with a bonus $20 gift card. When I called to place the order, the customer service said that there was no such offer. I spoke to a 'supervisor' who told me the same thing even though I had the website offer open in front of me. I offered to email her the offer but she said that they don't receive emails. I left about 10 messages with their 'customer service' line with no reply. There is no customer service and no way to get hold of any supervisors. Save your money and save yourself from a headache and order from a reputable company.

Thank you for your post as we do like to receive customer feedback so that we may improve. Our customer satisfaction rate is extremely high and we stand behind all our products and services with pride. We apologize if there was a mix-up regarding the $20 voucher offer. Perhaps the customer service agent on duty was not updated with the latest offers, as prior to Christmas the call volume is extremely high and many deals and offers are presented so that we may provide the most competitive gifts to our customers. Again, our apologies for what must have been a very frustrating communication. If you would like to email us we would be happy to investigate for you and validate the offer for any future orders.
