Our customer satisfaction rate is extremely high and we stand behind all our products and services with pride. We apologize if there was a mix-up regarding the $20 voucher offer. Perhaps the customer service agent on duty was not updated with the latest offers, as prior to Christmas the call volume is extremely high and many deals and offers are presented so that we may provide the most competitive gifts to our customers. Again, our apologies for what must have been a very frustrating communication. If you would like to email us we would be happy to investigate for you and validate the offer for any future orders.
