Flowers not delivered. No refund issued
Ordered flowers for a funeral to be delivered the next day. 3 days later they were still unable to track order despite repeated attempt to get in touch with them. Kept saying it was under investigation and they were trying to locate them. All of a sudden a few days later, sent a notification to me that they were delivered a few days ago. Flowered were never delivered and they refused to issue a refund or take any accountability.
