DO NOT USE BLOOMEX - MOTHERS DAY ARRANGEMENT.

I have never received such poor customer service, or should I say LACK of customer service, in my life, from ANY business. I am vibrating right now. Ordered flowers on May 11, 2017 to be delivered in time for Mother's Day. It is now Tuesday, May 16, 2017 and the flowers are still not delivered. I have been on the phone with the "sales" office who will not hear complaints but will happily tell you to use their Live Chat format and someone will respond immediately. I got a response all right. "sorry for the inconvenience" . Inconvenience?? This is more than an inconvenience. It is bad business. I finally was able to talk to a girl who said she was a manager, but let me tell you, there was nothing managerial about our conversation. Very unprofessional, really could have cared less about my concerns, and obviously this wa not the first time she'd heard the same complaint. She offered me a refund, with no delivery. I suggested the least they could do 5 days after my order was placed was refund me and deliver the flowers. They were certainly quick to take my money when I ordered. She said the owner of Bloomex is her boss and that it wasn't an option for me to speak to him. Suggestion to him: If she's speaking for you, you have more than one problem. Obviously, he just doesn't care. I should have read all these reviews first. It's my own fault. DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX. They could care less about your business.
