wrong flowers and poor customer service - LF100-72
I ordered a white basket arrangement for a funeral and red roses in a vase (embarassingly) were delivered. The correct flowers were not delivered the next day, as promised. I was then told that the correct flowers had been delivered a few days later, but they were not. I am no longer receiving responses to my emails and the live chat operators tell me they cannot help me.
