Horrible customer servise..flowers where still not delivered after 6 days ! - Bloomex flowers

Bloomex ( Flowers)is a fraud company I ordered flowers with this company on Friday April 17 to be delivered April 18th..they never arrived!!! i did however receive a bill!! i called Monday and was told it would be delivered Tuesday with a half ass apology and no explanation..was told morning delivery..it is now 10:46 pm on the 22 nd!!!!!!!!! no flowers..This is fraud and bad business. I%u2019m taking my complaint to social media and the better business bureau. You should be ashamed, Birthday flowers never delivered. I phone call with an explanation and rectification is needed here.. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I CALLED 6 TIMES AND SENT EMAIL..ITS FRAUD TO CHARGE FOR A SERVICE AND NOT DELIVER.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They then told me they did not know when they would be delivered and no refund especially if the recipient accepts flowers 6-8 days late??? and if they turned them down i would still be charged delivery and taxes...
THE BBB has an Alert on the company!!
